Account Coordinator - Healthcare
BSAPR is seeking an account coordinator to join our agency’s healthcare vertical. This position is best suited for a highly detail-oriented individual with strong writing, organizational and time management skills. We value individual career growth and advancement, so it is imperative that this person is driven and empowered to learn the agency’s functionality, values and workflow.

Because we are a small full-service agency with large agency billings, we all wear many hats to best serve our clients and foster teamwork within. Some essential job functions we’re looking for the candidate to fill are:
- Coordination of many types of agency work – collateral pieces, direct mail campaigns, print ads, outdoor, web initiatives and more
- Maintaining the healthcare vertical workflow by acting as an intermediary between the account service team and the creative team, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and under budget
- Initiating work orders, change orders, and media insertion orders
- Interacting and negotiating with media representatives to acquire the best rates for our clients
- Prompt responsiveness to client needs, acting as the agency’s advocate and a steward of the clients’ brands
